PAYMENTS AND BALANCE

All payments and deposits made to MA3EEN are final and non-refundable.

Funds added to a MA3EEN account cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the service details, price, and order information before making a payment or submitting an order.

8. REFUND POLICY

MA3EEN operates under a strict no-refund policy.

Once a payment has been made or funds have been added to an account, no cash refunds will be issued.

If an order cannot be completed due to a service-related issue, MA3EEN may, where applicable, return the affected amount to the customer's MA3EEN account balance for use on another service.

Completed, partially completed, or processing orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
